1. send me inspo / describe the style/aesthetic/theme/color combination that you’d like.
2. state your budget range (starting price is $35 for necklaces and $15 for all other accessories).
3. pay a $15 deposit to start the custom. (the deposit is per every item — for instance, if you order two necklaces, you must pay a $30 deposit.)
4. i will start drafting and show you the layout/design for final confirmation or any revision.
5. once the design is finalized between us, i will start making the piece after full payment is made. (the only revisions allowed past this point would be changing pendants/charms or adding charms/strands/layers, with additional cost depending).
6. pay the shipping fee after i finish making + weighing your order and checking the final shipping rate.

customs policy

to secure a custom slot and for me to start drafting your piece, a non-refundable 15 USD deposit is required. this 15 USD deposit will be deducted from the total price. payments are processed via paypal with a transaction fee of 4.4% + $0.30 of the order total. no cancellations once you have secured your slot.

after the design has been finalized, i will only proceed with assembling the piece after the rest of the payment is made. kindly no rushing of customs; every piece is made purely by hand, solely by myself, with much love and care, and i may also look for and order specific materials to cater to your requests/preferences. thus, please allow up to 20 working days for production.

for rush orders, you may opt to pay an additional fee of either: 40% of your order price for rush 1 to 3 regular days completion, or 20% of your order price for rush 5 to 7 regular days completion.
